Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Cradl, a brand of BUILTBYAI LLC, collects when you visit cradlpillows.com or buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information for money.

We don't ask for health information and ask that you not send it to us. If you share it in a support email or survey anyway, we use it only to answer you.

• Process, ship, and support your order, including returns and refunds
• Send order and shipping updates
• Send marketing emails or texts if you opted in
• Measure and improve our site, products, and ads
• Show you Cradl ads on other sites and apps, and find people likely to be interested
• Prevent fraud and meet legal obligations

Cookies, pixels, and advertising. We use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, Google tools, TikTok, and Shopify analytics, and may add similar tools. They collect data about your activity on our site, sometimes including a hashed version of your email or phone, so we can measure ads and show relevant ads elsewhere. Under some state laws this counts as "sharing" or "targeted advertising." You can opt out at any time (see Your choices). You can also limit ad tracking in your browser, device settings, or Meta and Google ad preferences.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that help us run the store: Shopify, payment processors, our manufacturing and fulfillment partner, shipping carriers, email/SMS platforms, customer support tools, and analytics providers
• Advertising partners such as Meta, Google, and TikTok, as described above
• Authorities or others when required by law or to protect rights and safety
• A buyer or successor if the business is sold or reorganized

Email and texts. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. If you opt in to texts, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing messages at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.

Your choices and rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know, access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing. To use these rights, email back with the subject "Privacy Request," or use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our footer. We honor Global Privacy Control browser signals as an opt-out. We will verify your request using your order email, respond within 45 days, and won't discriminate against you for using your rights. You may use an authorized agent. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision; if you're unsatisfied with the appeal, you may contact your state attorney general.

Retention. We keep order records as long as needed for taxes, accounting, returns, and legal claims, generally up to 7 years, and marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Security. We use reasonable safeguards, and payments run through Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout. No system is perfectly secure.

Children. Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Contact us if you believe a child has given us information and we'll delete it.

Changes. We'll post updates here with a new effective date. If we make material changes, we'll notify customers by email or on the site.
